Tekst:Josip Josef Mayer
Europa još nema takav sustav, a

THE
GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA SHOULD BE PROUD – WITH ITS MINISTRIES AND
THE OUTSTANDING "MARSHALL PLAN FOR CROATIA" ASSOCIATION SUPPORTED BY
THE DIASPORA
Alongside
the Government of the Republic of Croatia, key ministries must take an active
and strategic role in shaping the country’s future – including the Ministry of
Science and Education, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Economy, and
others. These institutions should work urgently and proactively in cooperation
with the outstanding Marshall Plan for Croatia association, which, together
with strong support from the diaspora, is already planning and laying the
groundwork for a better future.
This association embodies a deep commitment to Croatian citizens – both in the homeland and abroad – with love, passion, and dedication toward building a stronger, more resilient Croatia. With already established platforms and others in development, the association proposes the creation of Knowledge Centers – beginning in Frankfurt and Zagreb, and expanding to other major Croatian cities and even throughout Europe, as needed.
These
envisioned "home-based knowledge hubs," equipped with advanced
communication antennas – functioning like civilian versions of strategic
military or police systems – would serve as a new kind of infrastructure for
knowledge sharing, innovation, and collaboration. Europe has yet to see such a
model, and Croatia could lead the way.
Such a
system could radically transform the quality of political and administrative
work in the country, cutting through the noise and unproductive discourse that
often leads nowhere. Instead, it would empower politicians and governments to
focus on meaningful, results-driven efforts for the benefit of all citizens.
