Mostovi između domovine i dijaspore već postoje, ali
ih treba ojačati, modernizirati i pretvoriti u trajnu infrastrukturu suradnje.
Kako graditi mostove budućnosti?

Konferencije i forumi znanja
Jednom godišnje Hrvatska
bi trebala postati središte okupljanja
svoje inteligencije iz domovine i svijeta. Takvi forumi ne bi bili samo
simbolika, već konkretna prilika za nove suradnje,
investicije i ideje.
3. Dijaspora
kao partner, a ne promatrač
Iseljenici nisu samo emotivno vezani za Hrvatsku – oni su izvor znanja, kapitala i
kontakata. Potrebno ih je uključiti u strateške odluke i nacionalne projekte.
4. Mladi kao
temelj budućnosti
Svaka strategija mora biti usmjerena na mlade: obrazovanje,
zapošljavanje, sigurnost i perspektivu. Ako mladi vide budućnost u Hrvatskoj,
onda mostovi između svijeta i domovine postaju dvosmjerni.
Zamislimo Hrvatsku u kojoj:
* mladi iz dijaspore dolaze na ljetne programe u domovinu
i ostaju povezani cijeli život
* poduzetnici iz SAD-a, Kanade ili Njemačke ulažu u hrvatske
start-upove i stvaraju nova radna mjesta
* znanstvenici iz domovine i
inozemstva zajedno
rade na projektima koji Hrvatsku stavljaju na
kartu europske inovacije
* kulturni i sportski ambasadori šire hrvatski identitet kao snagu
zajedništva i kreativnosti
Ova serija
blogova pokazala je da je to moguće: kroz povijesne ličnosti, današnje izazove,
Marshallov plan i viziju budućnosti.Udruga

Sada je red na nama – da počnemo graditi
stvarujući novu obnovu.
BRIDGES OF
THE FUTURE – A CONNECTED CROATIAN COMMUNITY!
Croatia stands at a crossroads. On one side, we face
emigration, demographic decline, and the challenges of the global economy. On
the other, we have a strong diaspora, a rich history of achievements, and young
people eager for change. The question is: can we bring all these forces
together into a shared future?
The answer is
– yes.
The bridges between the homeland and the diaspora
already exist, but they must be strengthened, modernized, and turned into a
lasting infrastructure of cooperation.
How do we build the bridges of the future?
1. Digital connectivity
In the 21st century, technology erases borders. We
need a digital platform that allows scientists, entrepreneurs, students, and
artists from around the world to connect and collaborate on Croatian projects.
2. Conferences and forums of knowledge
Once a year, Croatia should become the gathering place
of its intellectual power from both home and abroad. Such forums would not be
just symbolic, but concrete opportunities for new collaborations, investments,
and ideas.
3. The diaspora as a partner, not an observer
Emigrants are not only emotionally connected to
Croatia – they are a source of knowledge, capital, and networks. They must be
included in strategic decisions and national projects.
4. Youth as the foundation of the future
Every strategy must be focused on young people:
education, employment, security, and perspective. If young people see their
future in Croatia, then the bridges between the world and the homeland become
two-way.
The vision of a connected Croatian world
Let us
imagine a Croatia where:
young people from the diaspora come to summer programs
in the homeland and remain connected for life
entrepreneurs from the USA, Canada, or Germany invest
in Croatian start-ups and create new jobs
scientists from home and abroad work together on
projects that place Croatia on the European innovation map
cultural and sports ambassadors spread Croatian
identity as a force of unity and creativity
