Uz udrugu Marshal plan za Hrvtsku i poboljšanje prava žena!
Tekst.Josip Josef Mayer
Naglašavanje ženskih prava u gospodarstvu i društvu može
biti ključan korak. Žene koje su majke, poduzetnice ili voditeljice
domaćinstava trebale bi imati dodatne poticaje i prava kako bi imale osiguranje
u slučaju nesigurnosti i nestabilnosti.
pruža potporu, a time potiče i na povratak iseljenih obitelji u Hrvatsku.
stanovnike Hrvatske, a i šire.

Your
proposal to improve the demographic picture and protect the rights of women,
the elderly, and children highlights important social and economic changes that
could benefit Croatia.
Strengthening women’s rights in the economy and society could be a vital step. Women who are mothers, entrepreneurs, or heads of households should receive additional incentives and protections to ensure stability and security. Introducing specific human insurance for women could contribute to a safer environment, which could also encourage expatriate families to return to Croatia.
As you
noted, globalization often started with principles meant for the broader good
but has become a tool for large corporations. Here, the Marshall Plan for
Croatia could play a crucial role—not only in supporting women but also in
standing by Croatian citizens to protect their interests, using advanced
technologies like artificial intelligence to safeguard human rights and
strengthen communities.
Such
initiatives could offer added protection and security for women and children,
building a stable future for all Croatian residents and potentially beyond.
1. Žene kao
nositeljice otpornosti i stabilnosti
Tijekom
obitelji i zajednici. U mnogim slučajevima, one preuzimaju odgovornost za
ekonomsku sigurnost obitelji jer muški članovi obitelji sudjeluju u vojnim
aktivnostima. Njihova uloga u održavanju obitelji i društvene strukture postaje
presudna za očuvanje zajednice.
2. Pravo na
sigurnost i zaštitu
stvaranje stabilnih društava i izgradnju dugotrajnog mira. Nažalost, žene su
često isključene iz mirovnih pregovora i donošenja ključnih odluka, unatoč tome
što su tijekom rata preuzele brojne odgovornosti. Uključivanje žena u donošenje
odluka i mirovne procese može pomoći u izgradnji pravednijeg i otpornijeg
društva.
4.
Ekonomska prava i obnova gospodarstva
Nakon rata,
žene često ostaju bez ekonomskih resursa, a društvo je pogođeno velikim
razaranjima.
U poratnom
razdoblju potrebno je podržati žene u poduzetništvu i pružiti im pristup
resursima, obukama i financijskim potporama kako bi mogle doprinositi obitelji
i društvu.
5.
Psihosocijalna podrška i rehabilitacija
Ratna
iskustva ostavljaju duboke traume, a žene često nose teret emocionalnog i
6. Zakonska
sudjelovanje u mirovnim procesima doprinosi izgradnji jačeg i pravednijeg
društva, spremnog za buduće izazove.

Women’s
rights during and after times of war are crucial, as women often take on
demanding roles within families and communities throughout and after conflicts.
They become the backbone of family life, the community, and even the economy—a
fact evident in the history of many nations, including Croatia.
1. Women as
Pillars of Resilience and Stability
During war,
women often remain at home, caring for children, the elderly, and the
community. In many cases, they assume responsibility for their family’s
economic security as male family members are involved in military activities.
Their role in maintaining the family and social structure becomes essential for
the survival of the community.
2. The
Right to Safety and Protection
Women are
particularly vulnerable in wartime, often exposed to violence, including sexual
violence used as a tactic of war. The right to safety and protection is
fundamental in these circumstances. International organizations, such as the
United Nations, have made efforts to prevent crimes against women during
conflicts, but stronger law enforcement is often needed to ensure true
protection.
3. Rights
in Peacebuilding Processes
In post-war
periods, women should have the right to participate in rebuilding and
peacebuilding processes. Their perspectives and experiences are valuable in
creating stable societies and lasting peace. Unfortunately, women are often
excluded from peace negotiations and key decision-making, despite having taken
on numerous responsibilities during the war. Including women in decision-making
and peace processes can help build a fairer and more resilient society.
4. Economic
Rights and Economic Reconstruction
After war,
women often lack economic resources, and the society is impacted by widespread
destruction. Women’s rights to employment, education, and economic
opportunities are vital to ensure financial stability and independence. In
post-war times, women should be supported in entrepreneurship and provided with
access to resources, training, and financial assistance so they can contribute to
their families and society.
5.
Psychosocial Support and Rehabilitation
War
experiences leave deep scars, and women often bear the burden of emotional and
psychological stress due to family loss, violence, or other forms of trauma.
The right to psychosocial support, including therapy and rehabilitation, is
crucial for women to recover and continue with their lives. This support can
include counseling services, community support, and programs that enable a
return to normalcy.
6. Legal
Rights and Justice for Victims of War Crimes
The right
to justice and reparations is also essential for women. Those who were victims
of war crimes need access to legal resources so that crimes are investigated
and perpetrators held accountable. Reparations are often necessary to enable
economic recovery for the victims and their families.
Conclusion
Women’s
rights during and after wartime are essential for sustaining social structure
and stability, as well as for the overall recovery process of communities.
Supporting women through rights to safety, economic stability, psychosocial
support, and participation in peacebuilding processes contributes to the
development of a stronger and fairer society prepared for future challenges.
